Terms and Conditions
**Service Estimates
All services are priced based on a personalized estimate. Final pricing depends on lot size, yard condition, and the specific work requested. Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
**Scheduling & Availability
Service dates may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and seasonal demand. We will always communicate any changes as soon as possible.
**Property Access
Customers must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled service date. This includes removing obstacles such as vehicles, pets, or locked gates. If access is blocked, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
**Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment options.
**Cancellations
We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same‑day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
**Service Limitations
We are not responsible for damage to items hidden in the lawn (sprinkler heads, hoses, toys, landscape lighting, etc.) that are not visible at the time of service. Please ensure your yard is clear before your appointment.
**Weather Conditions
Some services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, saturated ground, or unsafe working conditions. Lawn rolling, in particular, requires proper soil conditions to avoid damage.
**Customer Satisfaction
If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
